The Transformer System is the first baluster replacement system.

For the first time ever, there is a revolutionary way to replace balusters in an existing staircase without the need to remove existing newels or handrails.

The Transformer System is a system of hardware that not only makes installing balusters easy, but also allows you, the homeowner, to upgrade to Crown Heritage forged iron or wood baluster styles.

The baluster replacement system is the perfect way for remodelers or DIYers to quickly and inexpensively replace a staircase balustrade.

The Transformer System will easily upgrade those builder-grade or tired, old balusters.

Many homes in the US are mass-built, resulting in the sameness of interior features from home to home. Builders standardized on finishes such as the staircase to lower costs. Your existing staircase may look very plain and underwhelming with those builder-grade balusters.

Or, you can upgrade the balusters in that tired, old staircase to a more contemporary forged iron look. The good news is the staircase now can be easily upgraded to be a beautiful and unique feature within the home. The Transformer System provides you with endless style opportunities to separate your staircase from that ordinary one in the house next door.

The Transformer System makes it easy to replace the balusters in your staircase.

Replace wood balusters with forged iron balusters.

Simply cut out the previous wood balusters in the balustrade and use the appropriate Transformer System shoes and sockets to install Crown Heritage forged iron balusters.

Whatever baluster style you use in your staircase, The Transformer System provides a professional look and sturdy installation.

That’s the easy part. The hardest part is choosing from the many Crown Heritage forged iron baluster styles.
